Meet Shavonne Gilbert, a Client Services Advocate at Financial Voyages, with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Over her career she has developed a vast amount of knowledge servicing clients through various roles. She has demonstrated expertise in client relations, financial operations, account reconciliation, data management and problem solving.
In her current role, she is responsible for executing trades, initiating deposits & withdrawals and processing rollovers & contribution checks. She helps maintain client data and tracks client requests through our CRM database. She also assists clients with inquiries regarding their accounts.
Outside of the office!
Outside of the office, Shavonne continues to serve clients as a licensed PA Realtor®. One thing’s for sure, Shavonne loves helping people secure their financial future in any way she can!
Fun fact about Shavonne, when she’s not working, she enjoys playing poker. She’s been playing poker for over 20 years and would love to make it to the World Series one day.
